Your deal data is trapped behind a login. Your questions aren't.
The answer to "how's the quarter tracking?" or "what's happening on the Acme deal?" lives across rooms, meetings, CRM, and call transcripts, and getting it means clicking through dashboards or exporting to a spreadsheet. Meanwhile you're already asking your AI assistant everything else. The AI connector closes that gap: your deals become something you can just ask about, wherever you already work.
Built for how deals actually run.
"Forecast my quarter." "Which deals are slipping?" "How's coverage against quota by rep?" Your assistant answers from live open opportunities, ARR, close dates, and per-owner rollups, not a stale snapshot.
"Prep me for my 2pm with Acme" pulls the deal state, recent meetings, open questions, and risk signals into a two-minute brief, so you walk in ready instead of scrambling.
Surface every unanswered prospect question across your active deals, with a suggested answer drafted from the room context. Review, then send, without leaving the conversation.
Add notes, answer questions, create rooms, invite stakeholders, or draft a business case, all optional and off by default. Write access is a separate permission you grant explicitly, and every action is logged to your audit trail.
The connector runs as you. It returns exactly the deals, documents, and data you already have access to in Dealstat, enforced by the same permissions and NDA gates as the app. Connecting an assistant never widens your access.
Built-in prompts, meeting prep, weekly pipeline review, deal health check, handoff draft, question triage, appear as one-tap commands in your assistant, so the whole team runs the same playbook.
From setup to signal in three steps.
In Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant, add Dealstat as a connector using your workspace URL. Setup takes a minute, no API keys to manage.
Log in with your Dealstat account and approve the connection. Read access is the default; tick "act on my behalf" only if you want the assistant to take actions too. You can disconnect anytime from your account settings.
Ask about a deal, your pipeline, a meeting, or the implementation. The assistant queries Dealstat live and answers in plain language, scoped to what you can see.
AI connector, answered.
Which AI assistants does the connector work with?
Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard for connecting AI to live data. Today that includes Claude (claude.ai, desktop, and Claude Code) and ChatGPT, with the ecosystem growing quickly. Because it's built on the open standard rather than a single vendor's plugin, new MCP-compatible assistants work without any change on our side.
Is my deal data safe? What can the assistant actually see?
The connector acts as you and returns only the data you already have access to in Dealstat, enforced by the same permissions and NDA gates as the app. It cannot see other reps' deals you can't see, and connecting an assistant never widens your access. Access tokens are scoped and revocable, and you can disconnect any assistant instantly from your account settings.
Can it change things, or only read?
Read-only by default. Actions like adding a note, answering a prospect question, creating a room, or sending an invite require a separate "act on my behalf" permission you grant explicitly when you connect, and every action is recorded in your audit trail. Anything a prospect would see is designed to be confirmed with you before it's sent.
Do I need a specific plan?
The AI connector is available on Pro. Reach out or upgrade in-app to turn it on for your team.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for securely connecting AI assistants to external tools and data. Instead of a one-off plugin for each app, MCP lets any compatible assistant talk to any MCP server, so Dealstat works with the AI tools your team already uses, and with new ones as they adopt the standard.
