- Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Dealstat platform.
- To facilitate collaboration between buyers and sellers within deal workspaces.
- To send transactional communications such as invitations, notifications, and status updates.
- To generate engagement analytics and deal intelligence for workspace owners.
- To detect, prevent, and address security issues or abuse.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:
- Within workspaces: Content and activity data are visible to other participants of the same deal workspace.
- Sub-processors: We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the Service. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- Business transfers: If Dealstat is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the successor entity under the same protections in this policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When a deal workspace is archived or deleted, associated data is retained for a reasonable period before permanent deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
